OSCAR J. MIFSUD

Oscar is President and Chief Executive Officer of The Mifsud Group. Over the years, Oscar and his companies have been involved in more than a dozen acquisitions and divestitures. The Mifsud Group continues to be very active in evaluating potential acquisitions to add to its portfolio.

Prior to founding The Mifsud Group in 1998, Oscar led SMR Aerospace and its two subsidiary companies, SMR Technologies, Inc. and Flight Structures, Inc. (FSI), to significant growth and increased value that resulted in their sale to the publicly traded B/E Aerospace. Oscar previously held various senior management positions throughout a 16-year career with BF Goodrich Aerospace, including General Manager, Aircraft De-Icing; General Manager, Engineered Rubber Products; and Marketing, Sales and Program Manager.

His professional memberships have included the National Business Aircraft Association; Modification and Replacement Parts Association; Aircraft Distributor Manufacturers Association; Society of Automotive Engineers, S-9 Cabin Safety Committee; American Helicopter Society; Helicopter Association International; American Defense Preparedness Association; International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading; and Cargo Facts.

Oscar is a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He has been a member of the university's Board of Trustees since 2000, served as Vice Chairman of the Board from 2007 until 2014 when he was elected Chairman of the Board. He received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2007, The James F. Dicke College of Business Administration Outstanding Alumni Award in 2012, and an Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from the The James F. Dicke College of Business Administration in 2013. In addition, Oscar is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Ohio Chapter of Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Ryan S. Mifsud

Ryan is Executive Vice President of The Mifsud Group. Ryan’s responsibilities include acquisitions of new platforms and add on acquisitions, the development of growth strategies and participating in the operational oversight of The Mifsud Group’s operating companies. Ryan most recently was Vice President and General Manager of Aero-Instruments where he led his management team to achieve significant growth and profitability. Prior to joining Aero-Instruments, Ryan held various sales and marketing positions with Nortel Networks, Williams Communications and Velocita Corporation.

His professional memberships have included the National Business Aircraft Association; Airline Avionics Institute; Modification and Replacement Parts Association; Association for Corporate Growth, and he is a member of the Board of Directors of WIRE-Net, a non-profit Economic Development organization that supports Northeast Ohio Manufacturing companies.

Ryan is a graduate of The University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a past member of the School of Business Administration Alumni Leadership Council.

Craig R. Kohrs

Craig is Executive Vice President of The Mifsud Group. His focus is to execute on our long-term growth plan through the identification of potential acquisitions, both as new businesses and add-on opportunities for our existing portfolio, as well as supporting the leadership of our current holdings to execute on their strategic plans. In his most recent role, Craig was Vice President and General Manager of TMG Performance Products, charged with the successful growth and daily operation of the business, leading his management team in the development and execution of the business strategies, as well as identifying acquisitions of brands and product lines to support that growth strategy. Prior to his role with TMG Performance Products, Craig worked at The Mifsud Group as Vice President of Business Development, driving the acquisition of CORSA Performance, now TMG Performance Products. Before joining The Mifsud Group, Mr. Kohrs led the North American Cookware product line for Calphalon, a Newell Rubbermaid Company.

His professional memberships have included the Specialty Equipment Manufacturers Association; Housewares Association; Association for Corporate Growth and WIRE-Net. Craig is a graduate of The University of Dayton with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and he earned his Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater in 2004.

Michael P. Randall

Michael (Mike) is Chief Financial Officer of the Mifsud Group. Mike is responsible for managing and overseeing all financial aspects of The Mifsud Group and its operating companies. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, Mike participates in key strategic planning decisions to support the acquisition and organic growth of The Mifsud Group. Prior to his role with The Mifsud Group, Mike held various senior financial management positions with Shiloh Industries, including Corporate Controller over a 14-year career. In addition, Mike held financial roles at Eaton Corporation and Lamson & Sessions.

His professional memberships have included the Institute of Management Accountants and the Original Equipment Suppliers Association.

Mike is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting with minors in Economics Management and History.
